The Re-build the City project was funded by Belfast City Council's Good Relations Fund and OFMDFM.
The project sought to help young people understand their life road map and important factors along the way, while also providing new opportunities for community engagement and dialogue with groups from different backgrounds and traditions.
Through the project young people were able to explore other groups beliefs and values and understand their viewpoint. The project also enabled young people to investigate various sports such as GAA, Football, and Rugby and the traditions that people have who support these games.
This was a successful project, especially in challenging young people to think about their own identity and re-evaluate the identity and value of people from other backgrounds.
