The Mind Yourself project was funded by the CLEAR Project and supported by the Public Health Agency. Through the project, Dreamscheme provided opportunities for young people to benefit from mentoring, mental health awareness workshops and a programme of ‘Take 5 steps to wellbeing’ activities.
Dreamscheme’s Survive to Thrive project was funded by Belfast Police and Community Safety Partnership, and was delivered in Milltown and Belvoir estates.
The Breda Good Relations project was funded by Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council's Good Relations Unit and proved to be a great success as a total of 18 different young people participated throughout the project in a number of different ways.
The Breda Intervention project was funded by the Lisburn & Castlereagh Police and Community Safety Partnership. Through the project, our youth workers aimed to help local teenagers begin a journey towards positive attitudes and healthy choices. Covering the period October 2017 to March 2018, the our team engaged with over 50 young people and delivered 24 weeks of activities.
